Lever House
is located at 390 Park Avenue at East 53rd Street in Midtown
Manhattan and was completed in 1952. This building was designed by Skidmore,
Owings & Merrill and stands 307 feet tall with 21 floors. Since the Lever only
occupies a of its plot, it was the first skyscraper in New York to rise
straight up without setbacks. This pewter replica stands 4-7/8 inches tall and
is finished in green translucent.
