The New York Times Building (now known as 1 Times Square) is located at 42^nd and Broadway was completed in 1905. This building was designed by Eidlitz and Mackenzie Architects and stands 362 feet tall with 25 floors. This building is currently used as a giant billboard for various advertising and is unoccupied from the 3^rd floor up. The famous “ball drop” in Times Square occurs 77 feet above the Time’s roof.
